The drain is on the Dorothea Drive curb on the side of the house on the corner of Boylan Ave and Dorothea drive. Address is 730 S. Boylan Avenue, but the storm drain is on Dorothea Drive.

The clog is inside the drain, not on the surface where it can be seen. Branches dirt and leaves are on the down slope side of the culvert. There is a hose jammed in there that can not be pulled out because of the blockage.
