Description

The entrance ramp to the 3rd St Tunnel S/B from Massachusetts Ave NW/3rd St NW has numerous potholes and very rough gaps in the surface between concrete/asphalt parts. It's bad enough that in the curve cars' steering wheels will jerk because of the massive bump.
