Just to clarify the location. It is on the Cutler Street side of the house at the intersection of Cutler Street and the alley that runs behind the house

There's also a lot of debris nearby (I removed some) at the corner of Stokes St. and Dorothea from a street repair that wasn't cleaned up afterward.
